Why I Joined
Jedi has spent the last 17 years working, producing, and performing music for Monterey Church. Worship has been a major part of his ministry for nearly two decades, and he has helped shape the sound, culture, and direction of the team through countless seasons of church life. He loves helping people grow musically, spiritually, and as a team.

Outside of Church
Family is a huge part of Jedi’s life. When he isn’t working on music or serving at church, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing disc golf, and finding new things to learn.

After 17 years at Monterey Church, Jedi brings a lot of history and experience to the team. He has seen worship at the church change and grow over time and continues to invest in the people who make it happen.

Why I Joined
Sharque has always loved singing worship, and the culture of Monterey Church made her excited to become part of what God was doing through the worship team. She was drawn not only to the music but also to the people, the environment, and the opportunity to help build something meaningful together.

Outside of Church
Sharque loves being outdoors, playing games, learning new things, and getting absorbed in a really good mystery audiobook.

A Little More About Me
Sharque describes herself as somewhere between an introvert and extrovert depending on the situation. She’s passionate about continuing to grow in both leadership and music and loves seeing a team become more connected and confident together.

Why I Joined
Alexander’s baptism marked a major turning point in his life, and stepping into service felt like the natural next step. He wanted to contribute to something bigger than himself and found a place to do that through production. He loves helping create an environment where the technical side of worship supports what is happening in the room instead of distracting from it.

Outside of Church
Alexander is happiest near the ocean. He loves beach days, cooking for the people he cares about, photography, and making memories with friends and family.
