Why I Joined
Michael joined the worship team after experiencing the Holy Spirit moving during worship at the Golden State Theater when he first began attending Monterey Church. Seeing the effect that worship was having on the congregation made him want to be part of creating that same experience for other people.

Outside of Church
Outdoor sports, scuba diving, snowboarding, and bird watching.

Ask Me About
NFL football, travel, or pretty much anything else. He loves learning new things and is usually happy to go down a rabbit hole on a new topic.

A Little More About Me
Michael is an extrovert and especially enjoys the feeling of musicians working as one team. He wants to continue growing in spontaneous playing, musical chemistry, and the ability to respond naturally to what the rest of the team is doing in the moment.
